Mr. Auerbach, an Organizer and Chairman of Gold Coast Bank, is the owner and founder of Brookwood Management Company, which owns and manages residential and commercial real estate properties. Mr. Auerbach was one of the founders of Long Island Commercial Bank and served on its Board, including as Chairman. He serves as a Member of the Town of Southampton Ethics Board. In 1995, then New York State Governor George Pataki appointed him as a Trustee of the Long Island Power Authority, a position from which he resigned in January 2007. Mr. Auerbach received his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina. He currently resides in Bridgehampton, New York.
